Our Homestead Starter hatching eggs are a fun surprise straight from our mixed breeding pen here at Farther Along Homestead. These eggs are produced from a variety of our hens paired with roosters currently in the pen: French Wheaten Marans, Lavender Orpington, White Silkie, and Buff Silkie.
Chicks may vary in color, feather type, and personality — making every hatch a unique and exciting experience. You can expect the possibility of darker Marans influence, fluffy Silkie traits, and beautiful Orpington coloring in your hatch.
This is a pre-order listing. Eggs will be collected fresh and held in the order received.

Please note: While we handle and store hatching eggs properly, hatch rates can never be guaranteed due to factors outside our control (incubation methods, handling after pickup, etc.).

We do not accept returns or exchanges on hatching eggs. Due to the fragile nature of eggs and the variables of transport and incubation, we cannot guarantee hatch rates. Once the eggs leave our hands, we are no longer responsible.
Purchasing hatching eggs is always a risk, and by placing an order you acknowledge and accept this.
